At the bottom of the page, you will find a button to print the whole page.   Simply follow the red numbers to find out more about each option in this page.   Booking reference This is the code that tells you that your trip has been successfuly finished and your reservation has been created in TAP’s system. You should make a note of this reference, as you can use it before or when travelling, if you ever need to contact TAP about your reservation.   Passengers   1. In this column, the name of either the Adult passengers, Youths, Seniors or Residents will be displayed.   2. In this column, the names of the Children (passengers between the age of 2 and 11 inclusive) travelling will be displayed.   3. In this column, the names of the Infants (babies between 0 and 23 months old) travelling will be displayed.   Your itinerary   1. Column for cities of departure, and respective airport   2. Column for cities of arrival, and respective airport   3. Day and time of departure   4. Day and time of arrival   5. Flight Number If the flight is operated by another airline, the indication “(codeshare)” will be displayed below. Click on it to find out more about this flight.   6. It will be one of the following, depending on route and departure dates:   E-Ticket: Your flight coupons are now stored in TAP’s Database, therefore there is no paper ticket issued nor needed. Simply go straight to the Check-in, with your identification documents, to pick up your boarding pass. Ticket By Mail: Paper tickets will be issued. You will confortably receive them at the address you have previously provided for this. Pick-up: You should pick-up your tickets at a TAP Ticket Office or a General Sales Agent. You must collect them until 72 hours after finishing your online booking, otherwise your booking will be automatically cancelled.   Payment Options Here you will find a summary of your type of payment. It will be one of the following, depending on route and departure dates:   Credit Card   1. Name of the holder of the card, as you have provided   2. Type of the card you have used for payment   3. Payment reference   ATM   1. Company, Reference and Amount are the information to enter when paying through an ATM machine. Only for portuguese cards Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and Maestro, in Portugal.   2. Please be aware of the time limit indicated on the right of the page.
