To find out what documents are required for your travel, we advise you to contact the Consulate of the country you will be traveling to. If you are flying via a different country, other than your departure and destination country, you should also consult that country’s Consulate. Don’t forget to state your nationality as well as that of all the passengers traveling.
However, for check-in, you must always bring a Government issued photo Identification, such as an Identity Card or a Passport.

Telephone check-in
If your flight reservation is confirmed and you have no luggage, you can check-in by phone. This service is available 24 hours before flights, to the following destinations:

- Schengen Destinations (Belgium, Denmark, Norway, Sweden, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain, Portugal): tele check-in must be carried out up to 30 minutes before boarding;

- Non Schengen Destinations (United Kingdom, Ireland, Croatia, Hungary, Czech Republic, Switzerland), Africa, Brazil and Venezuela: tele check-in must be carried out up to 40 minutes before boarding;

For all flights, passenger must simply pick up their boarding card and be at their respective boarding gates up to 15 minutes before flight departure time.

Carry-on baggage check-in
Passengers travelling with hand-luggage or no luggage at all, may check in at the duly sign-posted counter, where can also collect the boarding card provided, if they have already done the Tele check-in by telephone.

This service is available only at Lisbon airport.
