Is it safe to pay with my credit card online?
We are aware that exchanging personal information is a great concern for Internet users.
The security offered by the application is through the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, based on encrypting the communications exchanged between your PC and our server, so that these cannot be intercepted.
We will only request information about your credit card if you wish to make a reservation, and your ticket will be an E-Ticket or a Ticket By Mail.

ATM information

If you select ATM as your payment type, this means you will pay for you trip through an ATM machine. After clicking the “Continue” button, you will reach the confirmation page, where you will be displayed three references: Company, Reference and Amount. These are the references that will be requested at the ATM machine, to accomplish your payment.

Please note that you will have to make your payment until 23h59pm of the day after you booked online. If no payment is made within this deadline, your reservation will be cancelled automatically.

Payment through ATM is only available for ATM machines in Portugal, when departing from Portugal, for Portuguese cards Visa, Visa Electron, Master Card and Maestro.
