Search flights

Select flights and fares

If you have searched for flights selecting the option “Exact Dates”, you will be displayed the Select page.
Here you will be able to select your trip either by flight or by price.

Simply follow the red numbers to find out more about each item and option in this page.

Availability by flight

When this page is displayed to you, you will see all flights with seats available for the dates you
requested. Each flight will be displayed with the half round trip fare available on that flight.

NOTE: All flights are displayed with the LOWEST HALF ROUND TRIP FARE AVAILABLE FOR EACH FLIGHT.
Your fare for the whole journey will be the sum of the half round trip outbound fare and the half round trip inbound fare displayed. At this stage, fares displayed do not include any fees or surcharges.

You can combine different half round trip fares for the outbound and the inbound trip. This alows
you to adjust price to your time demands.

	1.	In the example above, flight from Lisbon to Funchal, departing at 09h15am, has been selected for the outbound trip. The lowest half round trip fare available for this flight is of €93.00.
	2.	For the inbound trip, flight from Funchal to Lisbon, departing at 19h10pm, has been selected. The lowest half round trip fare available for this flight is of €73.00. This means that total fare (without fees and surcharges) for the Return Trip will be of €166 (€93.00 + €73.00).

You will find this Fare Guide at the bottom of the page. The colors work as a reference for you to easily identify if flights have lower or higher fares
available. The lighter the color is, the lower is the fare. The stronger the color is, the higher is the fare.

Don’t forget that the higher fares are less restrictive then the lower fares.

If you request more than one passenger type (for instance Adults, Children and Infants), this is the
display you will find in the Price column:

- First line will display the half round trip fare for either Adult, Senior, Youth or
Adult Resident passenger.
- Second line will display the half round trip fare for each Child
- Third line will display the half round trip fare for each Infant. Note: for one way trips, the fare displayed is the total fare, without any fees or surcharges.

- If you hover with your mouse pointer over each price, a short text
will be displayed explaining to what passenger type the half round trip
fare corresponds to.

Availability by price

Below the flights display, you will find a way to go through the availability by Price, instead of simply by time of departure. This is very useful if your schedules are flexible.

NOTE: ALL FARES DISPLAYED HALF ROUND TRIP FARES available for the dates you requested. Your fare for the whole journey will be the sum of the half round trip outbound (departure) fare and the half roud trip inbound (return) fare selected. At this stage, fares displayed do not include any taxes, fees or surcharges.

1. In the example below, the €73.00 half round trip fare has been selected for the outbound trip. In the outbound flights display above, you will now be able to see clearly which flights have that fare availabe and which don’t and may only have higher fares.

2. For the return trip, the €73.00 hald round trip fare was only available on the 19h10 flight. If this schedule is not convenient, you may search for higher fares, to get other flights.
In the example below, the €156.00 was selected.
In the flight availability above, more flights are now available (all except the 13h40 flight that will only have a higher fare).

Remember, most of the times you can combine different half round trip fares for the outbound and the inbound trip. This alows you to adjust price to your time demands.

If you request more than one passenger type (for instance Adults, Children and Infants), the display will show the half round trip fare for one Adult.
- If you hover with your mouse pointer over each price, a short text will be displayed specifying the amount for each passenger type.

Proceed to Review your trip

	1.	After selecting your fares and flights, simply click the “Continue” button. In the next page, you will be able to review all your trip information on the Review Page, before proceeding to Purchase your trip.
	2.	If you are not pleased with fares and flights available, click the “back” button to return to the Search page, where you will be able to request different dates and routes.
