More information on E-Tickets
An E-Ticket means that the flight coupons are no longer printed on paper. They are replaced by virtual coupons, which are stored in the airline's Database, and are therefore accessible at all times by all our Ticket Offices and Call Centers. With an E-Ticket, there is no waste of time, going out of way, or misplacing your ticket. There is no change to the booking or payment procedures.

E-Tickets are available when traveling between any of the following cities:
- Lisbon, Oporto, Faro, Funchal, Porto Santo, Terceira, Horta, Ponta Delgada.
- Madrid, Barcelona, Paris, London (Heathrow and Gatwick airports), Rome, Venice, Milan (Linate and Malpensa airports), Frankfurt, Munich, Amsterdam, Brussels, Geneva, Zurich, Stockholm, Copenhagen, Oslo.
- Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, Recife, Fortaleza, Natal, Salvador da Bahia, Caracas and New York

More information on Tickets By Mail

If your route does not have E-Ticket available, and if your departure is not before the required number of days for a Ticket By Mail, you will receive your tickets confortably in the address you provide.

Please note that Ticket By Mail is only available if your delivery address is in the same country as your departure city.

Countries were Ticket By Mail is available are:
Portugal, Spain, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Switzerland, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Greece, Austria, United States of America, Venezuela, Czech Republic, Hungary, Ukraine, Poland, Brazil.

I've given the wrong address to receive my Tickets By Mail. What should I do?
If you have entered the wrong address when filling out your delivery address to receive your Tickets By Mail, you should call TAP as soon as possible to correct the information you have provided in your reservation. TAP’s Call Center number is: (+351) 707 205 700.

More information on Ticket Pick-up
If your route does not have E-Ticket available, and your departure is before the required number of days for a Ticket By Mail, you can pick-up your tickets at a TAP Ticket Office or a General Sales Agent.

Please note that you will have to pick-up your tickets until 72 hours after finishing your online reservation, otherwise your reservation will be automatically cancelled.
